One of the biggest changes I’ve made is switching out my morning coffee for my morning matcha. While the initial change was difficult, I stuck with it and quickly saw the benefits. One of the most drastic changes was avoiding that jittery over caffeinated feeling that I knew all too well. Another change was avoiding the energy drop that signaled to my brain that it was time for another coffee.
At one point I was having 3-5 cups of coffee per day. That’s a lot of coffee and a ton of caffeine. This caused adrenal fatigue and I constantly felt out of balance and faced a rollercoaster of energy levels. With Matcha my energy levels were more stable and I never got that awful jittery feeling that I often faced with coffee. I now no longer consume coffee and have made a total switch to Matcha!
